- FTP-access-files of Your webspace.
- Your iphone-ID (UDID), which You can take from the iTunes device-overview. Press, at that place, on the serial-number of Your iphone.
- Your email-address.

Our offer includes any work like App-programming, graphical designing, inputting of contents, interaction with Apple Inc., etc.. The costs for the creation of an app have to be made, due to the complexity and the cooperation with Apple Inc., 100% in advance. To create your app we need, depending on the largeness, around 7 working-days from the date of the definete order and data transfer. After the completion and Your final OK, we will send your App to Apple Inc., which controls the app on legal and legitimate content. This may take up to 2-3 weeks and cannot be influenced by us. Your app will be published, after the passing through Apple Inc., as free download at the Apple AppStore. In rare special cases (f.e. questionable content), it may happen that Apple does not bring up Your App to the AppStore. In this case, we rework your iphone-App and send it to Apple Inc. again. If Apple Inc. does not accept your App after that revision, we will cancel your order and send you back the paid amount. This case does not occur normally, we did not have such a case till now. This is only an information for You, that we want to make known in advance.
